Can't sync

The phone I use Redmi Note 7.There is no way to sync by way phone. Charge 3 when I first buy it I can contact befor. How to do it?

Hi @panei is this a tracker you have had or just purchased?

Has the tracker been setup?

Is this a new Phone? if so, and if the old phone is nearby, has the tracker been removed from the phones Bluetooth, not the app?

Bought over a year ago A watch-connected phone. Please answer so that can connect.

Bluetooth is also open. It is also connected to the charging cable, but it is not available . We found your tracker has shown  but can't set up.

I can connect to my phone when buy Charge 3 Unable to set up now.
