I just got the HR charge 2 on Sunday and it hasnt been tracking floors.. Help!

Are you sure the floors you are climbing are eligible? They have to be at least 10 feet high and you need to be moving continuously when you climb them. Could it be that your floors are not quite 10 feet high?

My previous charge would track the floors in my house and the new charge 2
doesn't. Thank you though
