Like many on here I can't seem to update my fitbit. I got a little help out the fitbit team on Twitter but other than telling me I need to complete my update they haven't helped me since. I've done all the troubleshooting and I still can't seem to get it to update. Can anyone please help me?

Hi @Jess_Rose at what point do you need help with?
I assume you have a notice to update.
Are you able to tap on this notice?
Does the update procedure find the tracker?
Does the update start?
Does it then fail at some point? Like maybe when the phone's screen shuts off?
We really need to know details to be able to help.
