First of all, hello, and thank you for reading my post.
I'm not an uber-tracker, I just like data. I also like to maintain a personal "physical status quo". I received a Charge 3 for Christmas 2019. I had it sync'd with my Samsung S8+ and never had any issues until I changed phones last month to an LG V60.
I can't get the app to work because I can't log into it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app several times. I have three primary email addresses: work, home, and a junk email address. I submitted a change password request for all three and got nothing. THEN I called customer service TWICE and apparently I don't exist! How is this possible??? I've been tracking and syncing my data for over a year and now I don't exist?
Customer service is extremely unhelpful. Apparently these devices have no serial number, no MAC address, no hardware ID -- nothing. The only thing I've found is a manufacturer's part number where the band attaches to the device. I gave them my info but they can't even do a history search based on approximate purchase date to figure out how I set the device up in the first place.
I wish I had kept the box but didn't. I guess this is just a cheap piece of junk and they don't care? Anyone have any ideas?
Thank you.

@jasonnewell It's nice to have you on board.
Sorry to hear about this and thank you for contacting Support. This usually happens when you either use a different email address (you do mention you tried your 3 email addresses) or if you have a typo when you create your account. Since you couldn't find your account it is most likely that you had a typo. If you still have access to your previous phone you can tap the account button (top left corner) then scroll down to Account Settings and there tap Change Email where you can see the email address used for that account. Once identified you can use the same email address on your new phone.
Hope this helps.

Why do Sh*tbit assume that everyone has access to their old phone number? Do you still have access to your previous number? NO, thought so! Ridiculous!
