I was forced to migrate from fitbit.com to google and use a gmail account to sign up. Fine (not fine). Now my weekly reports go to a gmail account that I don't use. I'd like the reports to go to the same email address (non gmail) I've been getting them from for the past 9 years.
The only reason I bought a google tracker was because I wanted to keep continuity with my nearly decade's worth of data.

Hi there, @Rev68. It's good to see you here.
Thanks for sharing this information with me and I'd like to clarify with you that the migration process to Google cannot be reverted after completed. This means that you cannot change the email address used to access your account or receive your Weekly reports.
I understand how frustrating this might be for you and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. We continue working to improve our services, and the input we receive from our members is big part of the process.

@Rev68 I'm not sure which email server that you want to use.
You may have the option of you server pulling the email from your Google email.
Or, you can have Google foreword the email to your desired address.
