Hi,

 

I recently bought a fitbit. 
I tried to download the app, but I can't. It remains in "pending" in the App store without nothing else happening. I tried to reboot and try again, nothing changed.

I also have 40 gb free for further apps so storage is not the problem.

My phone is an Honor COL-L29. 

All other apps work perfectly, never had a problem installing one.


Can you please advise?

Thanks for the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I appreciate the details shared. I'd like to know if you're still experiencing this, if you're let me know the OS installed on your Honor COL-L29.
