 I had a Charge 2 and upgraded to the Versa. I successfully added the Versa but was not able to keep the Charge 2. I am not given the option to add another device, only get the option to switch devices. Any suggestions as I wanted the Charge 2 to sleep in.

I'd like to take a closer look at the situation. Thanks for sharing all of those details.

 

Could you share some screenshots of what you see when you go into the account tab to get the option to add a new device?

 

In the meantime I'd recommend that you try to log out and then log back into your account. That should force everything to be reloaded from the servers and get everything to show correctly.
