Hello everyone,
Since the start of February I cannot add any cards to my Charge 5. I think it might be an application issue.
Everytime I try to add any card, I get the error "Your card couldn't be added" when processing the card details.
The banks that issued these cards are present in the list of known Fitbit-supporting banks, and the feature for paying via wallet was working for me until the start of February.
I tried contacting Fitbit support, which made me reinstall the app, clear the cache, clear the user data on the Charge, re-pair the device, but no luck.
Afterwards, support stopped answering me. I was using the feature a lot, so I am getting a bit frustrated!
