Cannot add friends via e-mail or Friends with Fitbit

Hello everyone!

     I cannot add my friends via the list of people with Fitbits or through their e-mails. My partner and I are trying to friend each other but neither of us are able to add each other. We've both tried to do it via e-mail but are not receiving the e-mail (we checked out spam folders to be sure). When I try to add anyone from the list of people with Fitbits the button turns into a clock, then back again. When I try to do it via username I get the error that other have also reported in the forums, and it has not refreshed on Facebook to show him there. When he tries to add me on Facebook he gets the same error of the button turning into a clock then back to the add button.

     Can anyone help? Anything point us in the right direction would be appreciated.

Hi @almarchetti  what if you have them come to the forums to add you? Give them the direct link to your profile (click to see it) and they can add you. Might be easier for you to do it this way?
