Cannot connect anymore to my watch

My watch cannot connect anymore to my app since I vallidate the Heart Fibrilliation function yesterday.

 

Reset My watch to manufactury configuration, uninstall the app / reinstall the app.

Reboot my phone

Bluetooth is on (turned off / on)

Trying to use the bluetooth with another device, works fine.

 

What can I do more ?

Hi @Beaver06 - multiple devices can be a problem. If you factory reset your watch you need to install it again on the phone, but restart it again first with any other Bluetooth devices off and then install it.

After the factory reset, I still dont have any bluetooth from my watch.

The thing is that I installed the Fibrillation option that was proposed from fitbit on my watch the night before.

During the night my watch has lost like 35% battery and since that, it has never communicate again via bluetooth...

I think there is had a problem whgen activating this heart fibrillation option....

 

Anyway, My watch was under warranty, I sent it back to fibit for an exchange.

 

But I still wonder how many people had this problem while activatiing the option...
