Cannot find Mobiletrack device in Fibit with Samsung J7 Pro

As title, I couldn't find the Mobiletrack device with my Samsung J7 Pro. 

Is it not supported ?

Sorry to say, @alvin_huang1059 , but it’s not on the list of Supported Devices.

Mobile track requires specific type hardware in the phone. If the phone does not have this hardware then Mobile Track will not be supported.

What kind of hardware J7 pro missed? Why Google fit can have step counts..

To answer your question about Google fit. You will need to ask someone that understands Google fit. Maybe they are totally software base? 

As for mobile track.. It use to be software based but to save battery they let some type of motion processor to help out.

Why does it need remove software base step counter, just leave it and have user option to select either software and hardware... would it be better?
