Cannot get band to pair to new phone.

Hello, I cannot seem to get my fitbit to pair with my galaxy s7. I have unpaired my fitbit from my old phone, tried pairing with another person's phone, and I have restarted it. However, it still will not pair with any phone. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Oh, ok. I did get it to pair with my phone eventually. I factory reset the device and then it finally connected to my phone. It works perfectly now!

@Bucs1040 Welcome to our Community! Currently the Galaxy S7 is not a compatible device so this is the reason your tracker is not pairing/syncing with your phone. You can check the list to see when/if your phone is added to it.

@Bucs1040 That's great to hear. Samsung devices are really friendly with our trackers but if they aren't listed we can't promise they will work. Still thank you for posting what you did to correct this as this may help other members in the same situation.
