Cannot install Fitbit app

I've bought a Fitbit Sense watch but it's not possible to download the Fitbit app on my Samsung tablet, SM-T719

Hi @Vahid2266  the minimum operating system for Android is 10. There is no workaround for this. I had an older Samsung tablet, too and couldn't use it. I'm using my smartphone.

So I need to change my tablet in order to use my smartwatch? I'm doubtful
if it's really smart then.

@Vahid2266 the Sense works with an Android or iOS phone with the minimum operating system. You have a friend who can let you use their phone to set up?

Well, I'm an immigrant in a foreign country and don't have many close
friends. So unfortunately I cannot ask anyone. Had I known about these
restrictions of Fitbit, I would have changed my mind about buying a
smartwatch unfortunately.

As technology advances, operating systems (OS) do it as well, almost every app, for mobile devices needs to keep up with the latest  OS. 

The development for newer OS, are for improvements, and/or security reasons. Apps need to be updated to keep with those changes too. 

If you have access to another mobile device with minimum Android you could use your Fitbit.

Instead of making an excuse, isn't it better to accept that you are just
making trouble for a customer?
I have Spotify, Play store, YouTube, and my bank account app installed on
my tablet. None of their developers care about security and only YOU do?


Shouldn't you write the minimum requirements on the box of such a
rediculously expensive watch? So that your customer would pay for nothing?
