I literally just opened my brand new Fitbit and CANNOT log into the app for the life of me. Keeps saying my email is invalid. But I know it's not bc I can log in on my computer. I know many people have had this issue. Anyone found an actual fix for it?

Hi @Madison56 - did you register your email address as a new account before trying to login with it? Or are you using an existing account?

@Madison56 Welcome to the forums and into the Fitbit family. Glad to have you here. I will help you log into the Fitbit app on your smartphone. Thanks for the explanation. Which smartphone do you have? Did you just download the Fitbit app as well? What does the error message read exactly?
As @Guy_ asked, are you trying to register or trying to log into an existing account? Please go ahead and delete and reinstall the Fitbit app and try again. Thanks you in advance.

I figured it out! The issue was that there was a space at the end of my email......so I deleted that and it logged me in. It seems a little silly that the app really kept rejecting the login for that, but it worked nonetheless
