What fitbit do you have @ColetteWL ? The VO2 Max only works with the Alta HR, Charge 2 and Blaze. 

 

There's a help file for Cardio Fitness Score that may provide some answers. If not, perhaps you could provide a little more information about the problem you are having.

@ColetteWL All you need do is tap on your RHR tile on the phone and then swipe to the left and you have your VO2. If that doesn't work follow @SteveH link in the earlier post.
