I don't have a Fitbit device but have been using the Fitbit app on my Android phone. The app recently updated and step tracking stopped working, though it may have stopped working a day or two before. I've been pressing every option imaginable to get it to work but it won't. I inadvertently removed the Mobile Track device, not really knowing what it was. Now the app tracks calories but I want steps. In trying to add the Mobile Track as a device again there is no option to find it.
Please advise.

Thanks for the relpy
Alas it doesn't work. I don't have a fitbit device so the issue is slightly different. When I add try and add a device I get no Mobile Track in the list of options

I have a Huawei Mate 10 Pro which is in neither the compatible list of devices or the incompatible one. It was compatible a few days ago as I was step tracking happily enough. it stopped a few days before I unpaired the Mobile Track which was previously available to me. I note from the last post in the thread that logging out of fitbit account and rejoining and the Mobile track becomes available again, at least for someone. I haven't tried it yet. Will do later but it suggests it's not an issue with the hardware or its compatability
