Can you please assist I cannot pair my charge 2 to my Android phone Huawei GT3.

I was able to pair MacBook air, but it won't come up on phone. Both devices show latest soft ware.

You may not be able to fix this as the GT3 is not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

 

Hopefully someone with that phone will be able to confirm either way
