I just got a Versa 2 and I have a google pixel 4 phone. I have tried everything from making a new account, deleting my account, deleting the app, etc. I have tried connecting it to my facebook which won't work either. I keep getting an error message when I try to add friends to my account via username, phone and email and that won't work either. Can someone please help me? I got this to be able to have it with family and friends.

I appreciate the detailed information shared. May I know the error message you're getting when trying to add friends?
In the meantime, make sure this procedure was performed:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Clear the app cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in and add friends
