Hi,

I bought a fitbit charge 2 today, and it seems like my phone can't recognize it. I have Honor 6X, and the bluetooth device can't find the wristband. 

 

I can connect the fitbit to my computer by the bluetooth. So, the fitbit works properly. 

I also tried to restart my phone and to charge the fitbit, but nothing helped. 

 

Do anyone no if the fitbit can't work with Honor 6X?

The list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices has the Honor 6 and 6 Plus but doesn't have the 6X 

 

This could mean that it doesn't work with fitbits or that they have just not tested it yet. Hopefully someone with that phone will be able to confirm either way but it's not looking good.
