Cant get my charge 2 to pair with a samsung S6

My new fitbit charge 2 will not pair with my Samsung 6s why??? Have reset it restarted bluetooth, uninstalled and reinstalled app and no luck

Hello there @Klands, nice to have new faces around in the Fitbit Community! Certainly you some of the steps to address this issue you are experiencing.

 

Although I'm wondering how it goes so far? How far are you able to go during the set up process? are you seeing some sort of a error while you are setting up your tracker?

 

Perhaps restarting your tracker might do the trick, I do not see you have mentioned this step; so it would be good to give it a try before attempting to set up your tracker again. For more details please review this post: How to restart your Charge 2?.
