 Hi there-

I can't recieve any text or call notifications on my Alta HR from my LG G5 phone. When I send a test notification it does work. Also I recieved one text notification then it stopped, so I know it is compatible. Also the fitbit syncing is somewhat lagged according to the app, is that normal?

Thanks for bringing this up. 

 

This is happening because the LG G5 is not currently a supported device. So even if you did get a notification, it doesn't mean that the phone is compatible. There are some users who can synchronize with non-compatible devices. If your phone meets the requirement of Minimum Supported OS (Android 4.4 KitKat), you can try the tips on the following help article: Notifications troubleshooting.

 

Note that we don't guarantee that the functionality will be successful as we are still testing on this phone model.
