I did a spin exercise this morning. I was awarded about 20 cardio points for it. This afternoon I worked in the yard and got another 40 or so. Somehow, though, the points I got awarded for my spin jumped up to 68.
How does an exercise I did this morning get additional points this afternoon?

It's not done. Now this morning's spin shows 76 points!

Hi @YachatsMike
That's a new one. I haven't seen anyone else report that they continue to get cardio load credit for a completed workout. I'll be watching for other users reporting a similar experience.
That said, I'm glad to see that you're getting cardio load credit for your spinning sessions.

I have to say, though, that 76 seems high. It's as high as my AZM and I've never seen that before for any exercise.

It did it again. I did 40 minutes of spinning at 10:00 this morning. I was awarded 15 cardio points. I just checked it now at 1:00 PM. The exercise report is showing 75 Cardio points now. In between time I did nothing but have lunch. This is weird.
