I want to exercise to reach my Cardio Load target, but the score takes a long time to update. By the time it's updated, I'm often way over my max target, and sometimes I'm under.
Yes the Inspire 3 and the phone are syncing, yes the app is running, yes there is plenty of battery charge in phone and Inspire, yes I've cleaned the app's cache umpteen million times, yes I reinstalled the app, yes the Inspire is firmly on my wrist.
Does anyone know the expected refresh rate for the Cardio Load score?

@CocoThePenguin @alexthecat , Thank you for your messages and reports.
Nice to see you around.
The bug that caused Cardio target load to not appear in the Fitbit App for some Customers has been fixed. Performing a manual sync in the Fitbit app (pull-down on the Today screen) is the recommended work-around to populate the Cardio target load value.
Let us know how it goes.

@CocoThePenguin if you pull down on the main screen of the Fitbit app, all of your stats (including Cardio Load) should update within a few seconds. Is that not working for you?

It doesn't work, no matter how many times I do it.
It eventually updates itself, but it takes a long time.

They're saying that it does update, but not live. It takes about 30 mins? Usually I've left the gym and no way of telling if I've done enough or too much

Hello @darkivist
Based on my own experience, it hasn't taken 30 minutes for my Cardio Load score to update in the Fitbit app. I use the Pixel Watch 3 and see my updated Cardio Load score on the clock face. My Fitbit app will show the same score after I sync my watch with the app.
So, I'm thinking you should be able to see your current Cardio Load score before leaving the gym.

This hasn't worked. Updating the app and the watch hasn't worked. Uninstalling hasn't worked. Forgetting Bluetooth and repairing with device hasn't worked. Any other suggestions? The cardio load shows on the watch but not in the app. The steps also take forever to load properly. My Fitbit worked much better, no issues. Wi-Fi connection is fine.
