Cardio load / custom maxHR

Hello, my actual maxHR and my heart rate zones are much lower than expected for my age (Medical Condition). I updated/changed the maxHR in the FitBit App to a custum value. Will the Pixel Watch 3 use this Information and the updated Heart Rate zones as a base for calculating my cardio load, or will It ignore It and use another Data Base? (Like Age or Fitness Level)

Greetings
Daniel

Thank you for your answer. I have an additional question: Is there a minumum time for activites to be considered in the cardio load Index? Like 5 or 15 Minutes?

Hi @Daniel65

From what I've seen in my cardio load page, it looks like it takes into account both logged workouts and general activities (walking, chores, general moving around). So, it doesn't look like there's a minimum time for activities to me.
