Cardio load unacceptably out of sync on phone Vs pixel watch 3

Hi,

I'm wondering if anybody else is experiencing the same issues that I'm having with their data regarding cardio load.  On my phone the score is significantly lower than the data on my pixel watch 3

That's just 1 of many data issues I'm having but it's probably the most annoying.

Hello @Simsimmer

Sorry to see that you're having issues with Cardio Load. Please let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far so that we don't suggest those.

Hi Rieko,

To be honest, all I've done so far is disconnect my phone & watch & reconnect them.

I've also tried to synch the data repeatedly but this still doesn't get the score to match.

In addition to this, I also notice my step count on the watch can go down, at times significantly. e.g. from 15k to 12k. When this happens the phone seems to keep the correct score & resyncing several times will eventually get the watch to tally with the phone.

Finally, my badges for floors climbed doesn't work at all, it's as if I've never even done 10 sets in a day even though the watch recognises that I have.

Any assistance with this would be much appreciated, I love the watch but these issues are pushing me to go back to my Apple watch.

Hello @Simsimmer

Thanks for sharing what you've tried so far.

So when you open the Fitbit Today app on your Pixel Watch 3, you're seeing a high number for earned Cardio Load than what shows in the Cardio Load tile in Fitbit app on your mobile device. This is the issue you're reporting, correct? By any chance, could you please share screenshots of this issue?

There's been an on-going issue with step tracking in the Fitbit app. Occasionally, I experience the same. My step count on my watch & the Fitbit app don't match. However, I haven't seen as a significant drop in step count as you described. Sometimes, the step counts will match back up sometime during the day or later in the evening after syncing, as you noticed.

Additionally, there's an issue with the Floor badges. This has also been on-going since the Pixel Watch 2 was released. The team is aware of this issue, but I don't think it's high on their priority list.
