Certain stats showing the wrong time

A few days ago, my sleep times and heart rates times in the app suddenly started reading 2 hours ahead of what they should be (i.e. showing 10 am when it should have been 8am). It also seems to have stopped logging sleep and if I try to manually enter a sleep log, I also have to enter a time 2 hours before I actually went to sleep in order for the app to display the right time (so if I say I went to sleep at 11pm, the app will then say it was 9pm). It is only the heart rate and sleep stats that are out, all others are shiwing the correct time, I am using a Charge 3 and it is reading the correct time as well. Any ideas? I have tried the following so far and none of them have fixed the problem: 1 - restarted the tracker 2 - uninstalled the app, reinstalled and logged back in 3 - restarted the phone 4 - logged out of the app, then restarted the phone and logged back in

Hi Ricardo, Thanks for your reply. It turns out that the time issue was caused by my phone reseting it's time zone for no reason. I have changed that and it has fixed the time issue, but my fitbit still doesn't seem to be detecting my sleep. I have carried out your steps above and will see if that fixes the issue completely. I am a nightshift worker but have never had a problem with my Fitbit detecting ny sleep before. My phone is a Samsung S8 by the way.

***update*** the fix seems to have worked and my sleep is now being automatically recognized again. Thank you.

Hi @Luweewu, welcome to Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting this matter prior to posting. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Please try the below troubleshooting steps and let me know if the issue persist. I'm aware that some of them were already tried but the actual order is really important:

Force quit the Fitbit app.
Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
Make sure that the Android version of your phone is up to date.
Reboot your mobile device.
Reinstall the Fitbit app.
Login using your account credentials.

Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.
