Challenge member can't see herself on leaderboard

I'm currently involved in a work week hustle challenge. One of the challengers can't see herself (picture & step count) on the leaderboard though I and others can. She can comment in the challenges comment section. When I look under options she's listed as being "invited" though she's already in the challenge. Her app is up-to-date and she restarted her phone, Bluetooth and tracker. Any suggestions?

@NitaRo That's odd! I recommend that she log out of her Fitbit app and log back in and check again. Let me know if that helps her out.

Thanks for the response. We didn't get a chance to try your fix as it just randomly started working again!
