Fitbit Update 06/30/2016: Some community members have reported that their Challenge results page is out of order (screenshot below).

My Workweek Hustle has ended and the results are out of order. The #6 person is at the top and the #4 person is second from the bottom (of 10) and others are mixed up in between. I have never noticed this happening before; usually the #1 person is at the top, followed by #2, etc. Is it a fluke? A bug? Is there any way to re-order the results?

@ErickFitbit I'm seeing the same thing on one of my challenges. It looked similar to the screenshot @ldsulli posted, though with fewer participants and steps.
@ldsulli I had this happen after I posted to you. I'm using Samsung Android 5.0.1

I'd like to know the reason/resolution to these out-of-order results. What caused it? What's being done to fix it, or how can we (your customers) fix it?
Note: I have the LG G4. My app is up to date v2.27. I have restarted my phone many times since observing this new behavior. Here are my screen shots...

@Odyssey13 Are you using the latest version of the Fitbit app for Android? What make and model mobile handset are you using? Last but not least, which type of Challenge is this happening to you in?

Fitbit App: version 2.27
Samsung Galaxy S4 (SCH-1545) running 5.01 (Verizon network)
Weekend Warrior- 5 and 6 participants (2 challenges)
Workweek Hustle - 10 participants
and Goal Day (EDIT) it just finished syncing with all participants
I also restart my phone daily and clean the cache in a few apps weekly.
Been going on at least two weeks. I did take screenshots, if needed.

For the last few weeks, I have experienced the same issue (edited because I logged in on my smartphone, without the menu tools available). In the meantime I refreshed and checked the app version as from today, it appears to be normal sequential order again. Was about to add old screen shots, will do if it reappears.

@ErickFitbit As mentioned earlier the irregularities happens on and off. The app is installed on Samsung Note 4 and the mobile is switched on and off. The irregular sorting order occurred in the last two months, infrequently at first, but since I made a screen shot only a day in between. The surge of out-of-list order is at the end of challenges, a high-traffic software code glitch maybe?
