Change Time Zone1

Can't change time zone after last update. What should I do?

You could try changing it via the web interface at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

Check your advanced settings on the app and you can select automatic time zone or a specific time zone there. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1176/?q=Time+zone+sync&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

Unfortunately this doesn't work.
It's worked perfectly in the past but this week didn't.

Thanks for your suggestion.

However, it didn't work.

Really odd that the Surge syncs normally with steps etc but doesn't adjust time zone.

I've tried all. Next step contact Customer Service.
