Change age on app?

My google account's age is set to something like 1920 and I'm not changing that now just because google decided to brick their website for no reason. How can I change the age in app, because it apparently now thinks ever since I reinstalled the trashfire app that vigorous activity is 70 bpm. I get to 70 trying to solve three digit multiplication in my head. Please let me know if there is a way to change the age on the app, and yes I am considering other brands of watches now that are more reasonable.

Correction, the year I set was 1889, and the link (https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile) doesn't let you change it...
