I don't like the new layout. I was very happy with the way it was. It was easy to see what I was looking at and was laid out in the order I wanted. I liked the cute display. Why did someone think it was necessary to change everything and not give me the option to keep things the way they were ☹️☹️☹️

Hi Ricardo,
I've read a lot of posts and threads on the new dashboard, but one thing I've never seen explained is in what way it is supposed to improve the user experience. From reading many threads on this it's clear that most people can see things it does less well but are struggling to see where it improves. So I was wondering whether you could help out by providing an explanation from the design team of what the actual motivation of the changes is and how they are supposed to improve the experience for the user?

I hate the new layout. It is ugly. Please give us the option to opt out. I have been a true Fitbit advocate and constantly rave about my Ionic, HR Charge and Surge. I buy them for presents. Now I am shocked that Fitbit is forcing us to go with a truly ugly layout with lame colors. I did not opt in. When I called customer service they blamed me.

Everyone is unhappy. Shortsighted management decision is a public relations nightmare. Please give us the old screen layout and stop defending a lame decision that customers hate!
