Received my Alta in Pacific time. How do i change to east coast time??? I'm home and Bluetooth is on on phone but Alta still in Pacific time!

@Vjayne, first check your phone is set to use Network Time and Automatic Time Zones - normally, if your phone is set this way, the tracker will automatically update on the next sync. If you have done that, and the tracker is still showing the wrong time zone, open the Fitbit.com Dashboard Settings and change the time zone too your correct one, Submit the change, and then sync the tracker again.
