Changing email adress

My fitbit app is linked to my google account. I just don't use that Google email anymore and I want to delete it. But I don't want to lose my details. Is it possible to change my email address in the Fitbit app?

Otherwise, I can also create another account and import my data. The only thing is, I don't know how to import my data.

I tried to look it up, but I only found how to switch from a Fitbit account to a Gmail account. Whereas I want to switch from a Gmail account to another Gmail account. How do I fix this?

Your fitbit account needs to be linked with a Google Account. (this is different then logging in with a Google e-mail) 

This normally will be the same Google account that your phone is connected to, and you have until May 19, 2026 to switch over.
