When I mow the lawn the web dashboard logs it as "Outdoor Bike".  (The Android app logs it as "Mountain Bike" and when I click edit it says "Outdoor Bike" and I have no way of changing it.)

I click "Edit" and select "Mowing Lawn" (which is already an option) - click save and... nothing.

I was coming for the exact same issue. This used to work. First, it's crazy that mowing the lawn tracks this way. Second, it's clearly broken when you cannot change it.
