This is pathetic. There are many users that still use Android 4.4.2 and I am one of them.
Haven't you people ever heard of having different versions of software.
I just received my fitbit charge 2 and it cannot be recognized by my version of Android.
Very sad and your literature does not say that.
Very disappointed!

Dear friend, although i'm putting all my effort in this tricky challenge in which i put myself on, charged and running, to understand why so many android platforms simply do not work with the Fitbit, i can firmly reply you that android 4.4.2 is fully compatible since i'm succesfully using it with an old samsung s3 neo, a replacement for my "bad luck Huawei" which is, as opposed, completely not compatible (even in its a 7.0 android)

Find some real programmers to work on it.
By the way, I am not your friend. I am a customer.

I used the word "friend" for implicit sense of "i know you got problems, i've got too"
