Charge 2 compatibility with Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro

Hi everyone,

I've been using my Charge 2 for 3-ish years now, and due to me having Huawei P9 Lite I was not able to sync it using my phone (I've been syncing it with my PC using the dongle I got with the Zip that I lost). Now I'm looking to upgrade my phone and I'm looking at Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro. I've seen that it is not in the compatible devices list, so I guess that some functionality would be missing. But it also does not appear in the incompatible devices list that has Huawei P9 Lite, and that makes me wonder if I will be able to at least connect the tracker to the phone. I also noticed a lot of threads about problems with Xiaomi phones in the forum, but they all seem to refer to message synchronization.

The thing is, I do not need the ability to receive calls and messages to my tracker, I just want to be able to sync the data using my phone and not only the PC.

So I've been wondering, should I keep looking for another phone, or is the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro compatible enough?

Thank you in advance!

Hi @DellaB   this was posted by a Fitbit moderator and might help explain things:

"Please note that your phone or tablet is not on our list of compatible devices. We confirmed that the devices on this list are fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device.

We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone or tablet meets the minimum operating system requirements.

If your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, we provide assistance and troubleshooting steps. Because your phone or tablet is not fully compatible with Fitbit devices, we can't guarantee syncing and other Fitbit features. "
