Charge 2 no longer synching to my phone

My last successful synch to phone was sometime last week.   I tried synching Thursday (I think) and it didn't work.  It did synch to my home PC.   I reinstalled the Fitbit app (ver 2.51 (2183131) as well as powered off my phone and restarted, but that didn't fix the problem.   I never had a problem synching to my phone until a few days ago.

Android Version 7.0

 

What should I do next?

When you say "restarted" I guess you mean restarted your phone after the power off?

 

If so, then you could try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. I'm not very confident it will fix it given that syncing to the PC is still working, but it does no harm so is worth a try.
