Charge 2 not compatible with my lg g6 phone or my galaxy 8

Hi,

My husband and I just got new phones. The galaxy s8 and lg g6. Neither phones are comparable with my charge2. They won't sync. Is this something that will be fixed in the near future.

Hi there @Coleman28608, it's nice to see new faces around the Fitbit Community. With the most recent phones it's possible are currently not on our list of supported devices. Such is the case of the LG G6 or Galaxy S8 as you have mentioned.

 

These phones have all the hardware requirements to be a supported, so it wont hurt to give it a try to the suggestions and workaround from this post.
