My Charge 2 has not connected to the App on my Huawei p10 lite phone since June. I've tried shutting the phone and Charge 2 down and restarting both devices. Can anyone offer a solution as it means I'm not able to track any data.

Sorry, but from Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
"Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent Huawei Lite models, including P8 and P9 Lite, from syncing with some devices, like Fitbit devices, our products are not compatible with these mobile phones."

I have a P10 Lite as well and syncing is on and off. Fitbit won´t/can´t do anything about this because the "newer" Huawei phones are not in their list of supported devices.
