My charge 2 went flat and once charged the time is wrong and it wont sync with my android phone it says network unavailable when trying to sync also says its undiscoverable !
I have deleted the app a number of times tried to delete the charge 2 but it wont let me, also turned the fitbit off but still doesn't make a difference what else can I try please ?!
how do you set back to factory settings ?

To do a restart simply plug the tracker into its charger, while it is charging simply holding the button. As mentioned many times in the forum, their is no factory reset.
Im not sure what is ment by the term "undiscoverable", the tracker should be setup to your account and not need to be discovered since the app knows which tracker to look for.
Things to try when the tracker can't be found by the app.
Update app, or at least check for updates.
Restart tracker
Restart phone
Remove tracker from the bluetooth settings in the phone, not the fitbit app.
Clear the apps cach
Sometimes logging out and back in will also work, but might backfire if the app can't contact fitbit to log you back in. This basically forces an app cache clear.

I have tried turning it off by pressing the button on the side when connected to charger but it then just goes back to the same screen.
I have tried all of above apart from deleting from Bluetooth so will try this.
