Getting pretty frustrated!
Cannot get my Fitbit to synch with Samsung S7.... need to "find & download' a device EVERYTIME I want to synch now.... done resets, reboots, on/off... if I leave on my bluetooth it drains my phone......
HELP !!!! This is becoming a joke.

First try turning Bluetooth off/on
Try removing the tracker from the phones Bluetooth.
Swipe Fitbit app out of memory.. Go into the phones settings, apps, Fitbit. Stop program, then storage, clear cache.
Restart tracker and phone.
Shut down phone
Shutdown tracker.
Try a sync after each step above, which ever step works, start with tat step next time.
Only if the above fails do we want to try setting up the tracker as a replacement device.
If the above step fails then you may want to consider removing the tracker from your account.
