Charge 2 not syncing my Samsung Note 3

I realized today that my Charge 2 has not synced to the app on my Android phone since last Friday.  I have been trying all day to get it to sync.  I have also tried to download the update on my app multiple times today and it always fails.  It worked fine since I got it back in June and now all of a sudden it hasn't synced for a week.

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:
