Charge 2 not synced since Sunday. Have followed fitbit advice and unpaired, now unable to pair.
Help greatly appreciated

My charge 2 is syncing step count to my phone and is receiving notifications however the step count does not appear in the online dash board. This has been the case since the app update on the 16th Nov 2020. Except from 1 sync on the 23rd.
I have re installed the app and tried all the other pairing fixes without any joy. I am now convinced this is not a device phone sync issue but a phone server sync issue. How can this be fixed?
