In the last couple of days the app on Android One Plus phone has stopped syncing with Charge 2. I have reinstalled the App a couple of times, still no difference. Message is that sync has been scheduled even though set for all day sync. Normally I can pull down the screen to activate sync but this is not working. Bluetooth is on.

Best AnswerI'm having the same problem. I don't check the app that often, but it is supposed to sync all day. Today I checked, and it hasn't synced in over a month. Tried to make it sync manually, logged out and in, turned Bluetooth on and off, paired it again, reinstalled the app... nothing works...

Best AnswerI just contacted Fitbit customer support. My phone is not supported (now)....it used to be ever since I bought the phone months back so something happened there. Have to wait for Fitbit to add it to the list of supported devices. In the meantime, I was shown how to sync on the laptop.
Best AnswerI've gotten mine to sync as well now. I had to unpair my tracker, delete the app, reinstall, and pair again. It took forever to pair it up with the tracker, but now it looks as if it's working again.
Best AnswerI am more convinced that the non-compatibility issue between Charge 2 and my phone is due to the recently installed Android Oreo (having just spoken to OnePlus). I updated last weekend and that is when Fitbit stopped syncing. Fingers crossed for a speedy resolution.
