Best AnswerHi Steve. I have done this. I have uninstalled the app many times. I have restarted the phone. I have double.checked the version number on the fitbit and the app match. I habe switched blue tooth on and off etc. I am getting really disheartened.

If you have restarted the fitbit several times and gone through that troubleshooting guide and it still won't sync then it's perhaps best to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
