After 2.5 years suddenly the heartrate stopped tracking on Saturday, June 8, 2018 after midday.
Restarting several times has not solved the problem. The green lightsensors are visible but not blinking. My device is washed/dried on a daily basis after working out.
My heartrate is crucial for me monitoring the intensive activities.

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing that the Fitbit is washed regularly.
In this case I'd like to ask you some question to better understand what is going on:
In the meantime I'd like to recommend that you try changing the HR settings on your account to off and then turn them back on. To do please follow these steps:
That will help so that the Fitbit begins tracking HR data correctly once again.
