I have not been receiving text or call notifications from my Samsung Note 9 for some time. Tried restarting but still nothing. Suggestions?

It's a bug, and fitbit is not able to resolve it. Probably they will reply to your message saying that your phone is not on the list of the compatible devices. It's a standard message, the reality is that most of the clients are complaining and fitbit is not doing much about it.

Samsung Note 9 is a compatible device. Wasn't at first, then added. Working with a rep we got notifications to work on my device, but again it stopped working several months ago. I keep restarting periodically in the hopes it had been corrected, but no such luck.
