My android phone has stopped syncing with the Fitbit charge2

Let's see what is going on and try to get your Charge 2 to sync again.

 

The first thing I'd like to say is to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help out in getting your Fitbit to sync.

 

I'd also like to ask you some questions:

  • What phone are you using?
  • What Android version are you running?
