I used to have the Charge HR.... But it sadly died and have since replaced it with a Charge2...the old device used to sync very well with my phone (OnePlus 3T) yes I know it is not on the list but I had no problem with it syncing. I have had the new Charge2 for 3 weeks now and have had no issues with it and the phone. Until now.... it will not sync, tried unpairing it, all the usual turning BT off and on... Now the app cannot find the tracker.... Any ideas?

Hi there @dt67, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! the OnePlus 3T has all the hardware requirements to be a supported device, but is currently not on our list of supported devices as you already know. This means that we have not tested it for compatibility yet and we cannot guarantee the behavior of your phone in relation to your trackers functionality. So how the tracker works or the feature of the app are uncertain.
If you are experiencing syncing issues, perhaps the following post will give you some extra help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
Hope this helps. See you around!

Hi there @dt67, thank you for letting me know you have tried several suggestion to resolved the syncing issues to no avail.
Unfortunately the time it takes for a device to be added to the list, or if is under test is unknown even for us as moderators. The reason of this is to avoid any false expectation in case a devices is determined as incapable to support the functionality of the Fitbit products.
Is not the best solution, however I suggest setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer. Rest assure our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for future updates!
I saw you shared your feedback in our Feature suggestion board. This is a great way to let our developers know what you'd like to see in the future!
Thank you for your patience while we work to improve the Fitbit experience.
