My charge 2 will no longer pair with my phone. I have been having connection issues with it intermittently lately but it would always reconnect previously until now. My phone (Samsung J7) says "Can't connect with charge 2. Incorrect pin entered." I've tried restarting both the phone and the charge 2 as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I'm aware of that. I was just posting what it said. It has also said other things since then like "unable to connect to charge 2", "can't connect to charge 2", etc. This is not a new device or phone. I've used them both together for awhile now. It just stopped connecting for some reason and refuses to do so.

After deleting the device from my account and then trying to setup as a new device several times it finally connected and is now working properly. I have no idea what caused the problem to begin with or why it took multiple attempts for it to work but it seems to be fixed for now.
